Dónal Ó Grádaigh is both the Infant and Principal teacher at Gaelscoil Éadan Doire. He is a native of County Meath and now lives with his family in the Ráth Chairn Gaeltacht. A lover of traditional music, song and Gaelic games, Dónal arrived in Edenderry for the first time in 2019 .

Is as Oileán Fhoirnise i gContae na Gaillimhe mé. Is duine an-cheolmhar agus spóirtiúil mé. Imrím peil ghaelach le Naomh Anna Leitir Móir agus is breá liom bheith ag seoltóireacht. Bím ag amhránaíocht agus casadh ceoil traidisiúnta, le roinnt uirlisí faoi m’ascail agam.
Órnaith Nic Leoid hails from Ceantair na nOileán (or Island District) in the Conamara Gaeltacht. Órnaith is an accomplished singer, dancer and footballer as well as a multi-instrumental musician
Róisín Ní Chonghaile
Is as Inis Meáin, Oileán Árainn mé. Is aoibhinn liom a bheith ag léamh,ag siúl le mo mhadra Rex agus go mór mhór ag siopadóireacht!
Chomh maith leis sin tá an-suim sa spórt agam go háirithe na cluichí Gaelacha.
From the middle isle of Aran Islands, Inis Meáin, Róisín Ní Chonghaile is a loyal Galway hurling supporter, an accomplished singer and an avid reader.
Rónán Ó Maoláin
Is as Indreabhán I gContae na Gaillimhe mé. Tá suim mór agam sa nGaeilge, spóirt agus an ceol. Chomh maith leis sin tá suim agam sa ndrámaíocht.
Rónán Ó Maoláin is a Cois Fharraige, South Conamara native. Gaeilge, sport, drama and music are among his many passions and has been very much involved in coaching hurling since joining our staff this year. Rónan also has an interest in drama and is a former member of the Coláiste Lurgan & TG Lurgan team.
Caitríona Ní Churraoin
Dia Dhaoibh a chairde. Is as an mBánrainn, Baile na hAbhann i gContae na Gaillimhe mé. Is cainteoir dúchais Gaeilge mé le suim mhór sa spóirt, sa gceol agus sa gcultúr. Imrím camógaíocht agus peil leis na cumainn áitiúla sa mbaile. Chomh maith leis sin, seinm an bosca ceoil, an fheadóg stáin, an pianó agus is maith liom a bheith ag amhránaíocht ar an sean-nós.
Another Cois Fharraige, Conamara native, Caitríona Ní Churraoin is our our ASD teacher in Rang An Sáimhín Só. Caitríona is a musician, a footballer, a camóg and an accomplished singer with a particular interest in Special Education.
Adrienne Ní Chualáin
Dia Dhaoibh ar fad. Is mé an príomhoide tanáisteach anseo agus is as Ruisín na Mainíoch, Conamara i gContae na Gaillimhe mé. Tá suim mhór agam i gcúrsaí ceoil agus spóirt. Bíonn mé ag traenáil foireann na gcailíní agus foireann na mbuachaillí anseo ar scoil agus bhí an t-adh linn an corn a thabhairt abhaile go Gaelscoil Éadan Doire dhá bhliain ó shin.
Adrienne Ní Chualáin serves on our Board of Management, as Deputy Principal and head of Special Education. Adrienne has a keen interest in music and sport and along with Caitríona brought both Girls' and Boys' teams to two Cumann na mBunscol Finals in two days in 2019, winning the latter. Adrienne is the longest serving and one of five native Irish speakers on our teaching team.
Caoimhín Seadhach
Is as Ros Cré i dTuaisceart Thiobraid Árann dom. Tá suim mór agam i gcúrsaí spórt agus tá sé ráite ag Foireann na Scoile go bhfuil mé mar an múinteoir is aclaí ar scoil.
County Tipperary export Caoimhín Seadhach is an avid sportsman with a great passion for the Waterford dialect of Gaeilge. Both he and Rónán have introduced hurling and camogie to the school this year with great success. Caoimhín has also been heavily involved in coaching football and film making at Gaelscoil Éadan Doire.
Bea Uí Cheallaigh
Beatrice Uí Cheallaigh is ainm dom. Is as Cill Chainnigh mé ó dhúchas, ach cónaím i gContae Uíbh Fháilí anois. Taitníonn spórt liom, go háirithe gailf!
Beatrice is a native of Kilkenny but now also very much a local. An experienced SNA Bea has been with us for many years. She is an avid sportsperson and golf captain.
Majella Uí Dhonnchú
Is as Contae Chill Dara mé. Is é seo an séú bliain agam anseo i nGaelscoil Éadan Doire. Tá suim agam i gcúrsaí ceoil agus spoirt.
Kildare native Majella has six years service as committed SNA in our school and is currently in her second year in Rang An Sáimhín Só. Like Bea, Majella is also great sportsperson and golfer.
Sorcha Uí Mheachair
Is as Nás na Riogh mé ach cónaim i Éadan Doire anois. Is maith liom a bheith ag bácáil agus tá suim mór agam i Peil Ghaelach.
From County Kildare, Sorcha is settled in Edenderry for many years and along with Bea and Majella will be often found baking with children in her care. Sorcha is also very much involved in local GAA
Denise Ní Áinle
Is as Éadan Doire mé agus bím i mbun traenála peil ghaelach anseo ar scoil agus leis an gcumann áitiúil. Tá go leor cúrsaí garchabhair déanta agam agus tugaim aire do pháistí le tinneas nó gortú orthu.
Our School Secretary Denise is also a coach to our girls' football teams and along with Múinteoir Adrienne takes great care of our wounded as First Aid officer.
Nollaig, Jackie & Susan
'S iad Jackie agus Susan Glantóirí scoil s'againne agus Noel ina airíoch tí. Murach iad ní bheadh an scoil chomh glan agus chomh feistithe amach le dul i ngleic le Covid-19 mar atá.
Nollaig, Jackie and Susan are a team we very much depend upon, not least this year as they ensure safety and cleanliness for us all.
